Description  
Occurance In arsenic copper deposits.
Associates Arsenic, silver, skutterudite, löllingite, chalcocite, algodonite, domeykite, allargentum, kutinaite, paxite, calcite.
Notes Closely related to domeykite and algodonite.
Named after J. Koutek, professor of Economical Geology, Charles University, Prague, Czechoslovakia.
Localities A rare mineral
Sweden :
  • Harstigen, Pajsberg, Värmland
  • Långban, Värmland. Rare, in fractures together with calcite.
Not known from Norway. Finland : waiting for data.
