Fluoborite in chondrodite scarn from Tallgruvan.
Only as microscopic grains.

Easily weathered into fine fibric to laminar aggregates.

Fluoborite could be fluorescent in some cases (Franklin, New Yersey).
Locations A rare mineral.
  • Tallgruvan, Norberg, Västmanland. Occurs in 2-8 mm big prisms or radiating aggregates with ludwigite and chondrodite.
